Sessions are available [weekly / fortnightly], depending on availability and what feels supportive for you.

Online & In-Person Therapy
I offer:
Online therapy via a secure video platform
In-person therapy at [location, if applicable]
Online sessions allow flexibility and comfort from your own space. In-person sessions offer a calm, dedicated environment away from everyday distractions.
We can discuss which option feels right for you.
Cancellations & Changes
I understand that life can be unpredictable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged at the full rate.
This policy helps protect the therapy space and ensure availability for all clients.
If you’re considering therapy, you don’t need to be certain or ready to commit long-term.
A free consultation offers a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see whether it feels like the right fit for you.
You’re very welcome to reach out when it feels right.
